Hi every body, after my conversation with suzuki dealer here, where he was very understanding to my case, and he was a reasonable in his view, I decide to keep my kizashi sport 2011 and Suzuki service dept in Lebanon really they trying to do their best to solve my issue, so tell the Suzuki factory find the solution am going to depend on Suzuki dealer here to fix the noisy sound in my kizashi., thanks Suzuki dearler in Lebanon mainly the owner and the service dept. Team.

I am following your case closely.
Wise decision, I wish I was in your country to have the same treatment.
Those people are to be respected because they are decision makers and not waiting for the factory to take care of cutomers satisfaction.

You would have helped the whole world specialle the USA which has the biggest car parc of Suzuki.

the noisy sound still making me crazy, especially when you drive on pumps it looks it is coming directly from the glove box, tomorrow am going to suzuki service in Beirut to let them check it again, i hope they can fix it.

In the case of my kizashi, it was the passenger-side engine mount that was causing all the rattling. They replaced it and the noise went away. The car is über quiet now. You may want to ask the dealership/mechanic if this could be the problem. I hope this information helps.

Dear what exactly changed engine mount what do you mean and where it is located thanks, and who change it the Suzuki dealer

The engine mount attached the car's engine to the frame. Unless you are experienced with servicing a car it is something the dealer should do, especially because it should be covered under warranty.

The engine mount fix is definitely something that should only be done by an authorized Suzuki dealership, since this is covered by the warranty, as stated above.

Yes indeed Suzuki at last found the noise source and modified parts are on their way to fix all cars.
Mr Hajj you may call tomorrow Suzuki Dealer for more info.

Yes I knew that the Suzuki dealer called me early today and they told me about the solution and my car will be the first in fixing the noisy, thanks Suzuki, and special thanks for Suzuki dealer lebanon
