Fleet Suzuki sales
The only shady bit IMHO is the warranty - but I don't know how fleet sales work in the USA? I bought mine from a dealer in Australia and it was advertised on the internet as a "used" vehicle ("used" by Suzuki Australia). They had two advertised, both with ~1200km listed on the adverts. I turned up and was immediately told they were actually brand new with ~0km, but were advertised that way due to them being last year's models. It sounded strange, but I went for a test drive and the vehicle did indeed have well under 10km on the speedo.
I ended up buying it - for a substantial discount (similar discount to the prices mentioned on these fleet vehicles.) But I didn't have any warranty restrictions and actually ended up getting a letter saying my warranty was being extended for free to 5yrs.
So, I'd do some more investigation on them before writing them off completely as dodgy.
