Test drove a 2011 Kizashi SX today
I took a 2011 Kizashi SX for a spin today. It's the top of the line in Canada, with the 18" wheels, leather, sunroof etc. I have driven the S before but the main thin I noticed is that the steering was very heavy. Probably from the 18" wheels? I don't remember the S being that heavy. The driver's window was a touch squeaky when it went up and down and the centre console creaked when my knee hit it going round a corner. I loved the paddle shifters, simply because they're convenient and accessible. It felt smaller inside than I remember but the seat was fairly comfortable. I still love the console - it's well laid, simple to use and the buttons and knobs are big and usable with winter gloves. It's a beautiful car for sure, especially in silver.
A lot of characteristics of a different vehicle are relative to what you're currently driving. I found the clutch way too light on my initial Kizashi test drive, but now I think it's normal. (When I get my older vehicle back on the road I can see my left leg is in for a workout!)

How can you have SLS in Toronto?? I thought SLS is only sold in the States....KIZFAN2 wrote:I have a 2011 SLS and live in Toronto. Not sure why the SX would be the top of the line?
In BC, we only have S, SX and Sport being the top of the line.
That's how the front bar is secured at either side, perhaps it was impacted somehow and popped out?Stodge wrote:My memory must be going as I forgot to mention this. One of the front panels (fender that joins under the front light) had popped out on one side. I pushed it and clicked it back into place. Weird.
