Dealer Incompetence
Ok so I just wanted to get some feedback on other experience with their dealers. 3 dealer visits after in less then 4 months. The latest a stupid side marker filling with moisture. BTW i don't know if any of you have noticed this but that stupid little side marker lamp next to the door doesn't have a replaceable lamp. You have to replace the entire fixture at $50 a pop. That's F'(&^*&^(*&^'d UP! Back to my point. How dumb is any business that wastes almost 2 weeks of your time, shipping and recieving parts, to tell you after you've been sitting in the waiting area for an hour and a half (FOR A LIGHT BULB) to now say o Gee by the way the lamp that suzuki sent is broken too. I really can't believe the ease and lack of pride in running business anymore. To add icing to the cake they refuse to just mail the stupid thing to me becuase its a warranty issue. At least I have another dealer about the same distance away 20mi. After this is fixed I wont be back there for anything else. I'm refering to GreenBrook Suzuki in Dunnellen NJ if your wondering. COMPLETE IDIOTS!
