I installed different LED tail lights that don't cause radio interference and aren't quite as bright in tail light mode.

I also just scraped my rear fender against the wall of my carport. I haven't checked to see how it looks yet, but I'm pretty sure part of me died.

Hit 35,000 miles on my commute home Monday. Installed red overhead lights in front and back. Now it looks like I'm under a heat lamp lol does not effect night vision if I need to turn them on in the dark.

I installed the blacked out lights I got from CG1. Also installed LED high beams, positions lights, and fog lights, chromed ambers, and El Grande horns. I plastidipped the lower grill too since it was all chipped up. Fairly happy with how it turned out.

The only thing I don't really like is how the red housing from the high beams looks in the reflectors.

I installed my slotted rotors and new brake pads a few days ago. As others have said, replacing the brake pads in the Kizashi is quite easy. Even the rears are easy given the design of the rear caliper pistons for compressing. However, replacing the rotors are a real pain. The reason why is because the caliper bracket that needs to come off to remove the rotors up front are held on by 19mm bolts at an insane 114.5 lb ft of torque. That's more than the wheel lug nuts but in a low clearance space! Even with a breaker bar, I struggled and had to use my foot to break them free. What was also troubling was that I couldn't get to that torque spec when trying to tighten them back up. Pretty much wrenched them down as hard as I could but the torque wrench didn't click.
The rear caliper brackets are much easier to deal with as the bolts are smaller and aren't as tight. With the piston compression tool I had from HFT, it was easy to compress. Probably the easiest rear brakes I've ever dealt with given the VWs I've worked on liked to seize while compressing.
The new slotted rotors and Power Stop Z23 are great and really made an improvement with short distance braking. It was quite noticeable shortly after the bed-in procedure. They aren't grabby however, so they're fine for everyday city driving too.
I took some photos so I'll likely post a guide/how-to sometime when I have more time.

I also finally got around to gluing on my JDM shift knob. I'm hoping the Gorilla glue keeps it on good.

My garage neighbor swept the floor on his side. My black car was light grey when he was done.

^^^ Not mine but I mentioned someone had a turbo setup that i stumbled across. Not sure of Fuel setup or details but claimed to be tuned to make 350AWHP at 21psi
