good evening everyone, i would like to know how if its possible and how to remove the roof trim molding in order to put a new trim molding? please help me out !

Goodevening, everyone i'm thinking about painted my kizashi oem rims black, i own a red kizashi gts 2011, what do you think of this idea, and if anybody out there has done it plz upload some pictures
