Looking to replace the current Rf system with the Polks, but keep the current Rf amp and use it for the Polks

I recently installed Kensun's HID conversion kit, and I'm having a flickering problem. I have disabled the drl's, but the problem still persists. I have changed out the ballasts with another kit (originally ordered 2 kits), and it didn't seem to help. Also, I have the Osram Rallye headlights coming....
