The resale value plunged, and now it is on a less sharp, but still steady decline. You aren't going to get much on your trade-in if you get rid of it...I'd say you probably should either plan on keeping it for a long time, or selling it soon.

Lol. Well, I purchased the oem cross bars used on ebay to make it easier when skiing in the winter and hauling my bike around in the summer. I don't plan on keeping them on full time due to road noise but...now I kind of feel like doing it just to mess with people like paininthenuts

I know the oem accessory roof rack was a Mont Blanc...was it the Barracuda? Looking to pic one up, and if I am going to spend $100-150 I might as well try to get the oem module.

Does it sound like a squealing from time to time? I've had that issue with my fan, I believe the bearing is bad in it. Still works fine, but makes loud noises at times...but that is typically only when it is below 32 degrees outside. During the summer I don't experience the noise.

Thanks for the info. Yeah, I found that with a little research...but I figured I might be able to pick up some used oems for significantly cheaper than the $450 they cost new these days. Wish the dealership near here still had the accessories in stock!
