Re: Kizashi Paint Chip Problem !!!!
Just an update. Some areas of the new paint are chipping. The roof and sides of the car are beginning to flake off. The body shop that repainted it, feels there is a problem with the primer from the factory. Suzuki refuses to do anything more about it. I contacted a lawyer and I hope that after wait...

Re: Kizashi Paint Chip Problem !!!!
I did FINALLY receive my Kizashi back after 11 weeks. The paint quality? Poor! I would think, waiting 11 weeks would have produced better results. Here's a link to a video I put on Youtube: While the paint is super glossy, you can see pit...

Re: Kizashi Paint Chip Problem !!!!
I STILL do not have my Kizashi back. It's now going on 11 weeks. This is an extreme amount of time to repaint a brand new car. Pushing 3 months of making car payments, car insurance and having the car depreciate. What can I do?

Re: Kizashi Paint Chip Problem !!!!
Yes I have a case open. The car has been in the paint shop for over 2 months now. I talked to the shop today and they said it will NOT be done this week yet. Corporate doesn't seem to care. I have called and called but no one wishes to help me. I have NOT received a lender car either. I already had ...

Re: Kizashi Paint Chip Problem !!!!
I've had it with my Kizashi. I had chipping all over the car. Front, sides, rear trunk, roof. Suzuki agreed to repaint the entire car. They took it in over 2 months ago. The car is STILL NOT DONE! I have been without my car for over 2 months. It's not even worth having anymore. I bought the car to u...

Re: TomTom GPS Mount
I should probably tell you how I mounted it in case anyone else wants to do the same thing. I used the disc that comes with the GPS, but I took off the sticky backing and put new 3M adhesive tape on it. I only put the tape on the rectangle blank plug, this way it will not stick to or possibly damage...

Re: TomTom GPS Mount
Got mine figured out. I have the SE model, so I have fake plugs in the stereo console. I just bought a spare plug in case I damaged the one that I mounted the GPS to. Now I just need to get a better wire to hide the USB cable a bit more. This is a good position because I can still use and see all my...

TomTom GPS Mount
Anyone have a GPS mounted in their Kizashi? I have a Tomtom, but not sure where to mount it. Afraid the sticky disc for the suction cup might damage the dash. Anyone have pics of where you mounted yours?
