Funny how things work out if you finally read the manual (which I didn't get on delivery of the car). After a lot of frustrating weeks, I have finally paired my phone with the car and life is good. Thanks for all the help - I knew I was missing something.

No, nothing comes up on the screen. I think I need to go back to the drawing board - I am obviously doing something wrong. I will figure it out though - I really want to talk to my steering wheel while driving!!

Thanks for all the responses. Dealer is having trouble even finding the code - have tried 1234, 0000, 9999 and others. Will keep trying - have a new blackberry that should work. Gives me an excuse to sit in my car anyway, and that is always a good thing.
