I pulled that code when my starter failed. That little exposed copper wire on the started disintegrated via corruption. Replaced starter and code went away. 2013 Kizashi, Canada.

Rear brake uneven wear may be too much grease in the slider or sliders. The slider needs to mover freely all the way in. Too much grease causes resistence via vacuum effect at inside sleeve. Just a little grease on those sliders.
