Yeah the plastic trim. One of the pieces that holds it on broke off and it just kinda hangs there. I will have to look under and see if I can find the clips.

I need to know how to take this piece off.

It became unattached from the frame and it rattles against the metal and I am trying to replace it or secure it back to the seat.
