Re: Normal bulb part number for "run lamp"??
Thank you very much. I did a number of lookups here and Google but kept missing because I didn't know they were called "position bulbs" - now I know! I thought it was weird that nobody had already brought this up
The write up is excellent!

Normal bulb part number for "run lamp"??
Hi all, I've actually had one of the little "run lamps" go out on my Kizashi. It's the little, "other" bulb in the headlight that isn't low-beam, high-beam, or turn indicator. The Suzuki part number is "0947112216 - Run lamp", but does anyone know the normal part number...

Glove box "removal"
I've had a few papers get pushed over the back edge of the glovebox into a dashboard black hole. I don't see an easy way to retrieve them. Is there a way to unhinge or otherwise get behind there?

Re: Key Fob Not Detected message when door opened while runn
Here's what I found. I had been keeping the fob in the cubby in the forward center console (under the climate controls) where it was fine for years. I installed in the "lighter" socket a little two outlet USB adapter for charging mobile devices. I should have made the connection with the t...

Re: Horn
Update on the El Grandes. When I first installed them the "hole" was facing up. I even thought at the time that "what if they get water in them" but decided they wouldn't since they're behind the bumper cover...well I was wrong. They did sound funny when the water got in them, bu...

Key Fob Not Detected message when door opened while running.
I've scoured several of the key fob threads, but can't find anything quite matching this problem. Recently if somebody exists the car, like if you're dropping someone off (or even if I open and close the door a bit while driving :-) the "Key Fob Not Detected" message will start flashing on...

2010 GTS Blackout bumper and no chrome S
Pulled the chrome S of the front; black vinyl on the bumper. I think it looks good. I had "shadow chrome" painted the S, but it looked kind of green for a while, then chipped all to hell. I planned to flat black paint it then, but when I got it off, thought it looked good that way. I see a...

Re: Horn
Finally got the El Grandes installed....what a difference. I highly recommend this upgrade to everyone. 25 bucks and a couple of hours work. FYI to use the stock location, I did have to bend the brackets a bit (the ones that come with the horn).
