i am thinking about blacking out the housing too, but haven't found a company willing to do it :( i live in edmonton btw~ Its not hard at all really. it would still cut down amount of light, the chrome reflects the lights back out the black would absorb it. If you do go this route I would recommend you upgrade the headlights to a brighter type. It might look good, but wouldn't it cut down a bit too much on light? I am old and it's hard to see at night...LOL Well you don't actually do the part of the housing behind the headlight.
