Your best bet in finding one is looking through online junkyard resources or finding the closest one in person that has a Kizashi.

Which one? The one on the bumper cover or the one on the fender?

If it's the orange one on the bumper I was able to order a replacement through Monster Factory Parts. I just checked and they still have them:
