New trires...now a Service TPMS light
Got some new shoes for my Kizashi and on the way home the service TPMS light came on and is very annoying. Is there a way to reset? What are the chances of the tire guy breaking one? Totally sucks....I was strapped for cash before the tires no way am I paying a dealer to fix this.

I'd take it straight back to where you purchased the tires. I've swapped tires around on two SX4s, and never had any issues. The latest swap involved removing tires the TPM Sensors from the original steel wheels and remounting to factory aluminums...no problems. I had this done at my local Buick GMC dealer. Nothing needs to be reprogrammed AFAIK unless maybe yoiu bought a different size tire?

Tire installer should have reset the computer. Hopefully they did not damage any of them. The dealer can do it but they will want to be paid. Thanks for the info I will look into them. I was considering Continentals. I was going to go with 245 45 18.
How exactly did the tire 'fix' the TPMS....what was wrong so to speak? thanks.
