Looking at a SiriusXM - Connect Satellite Radio Vehicle Tuner from Best Buy...would this work in lieu of the EXPENSIVE XM accessory Suzuki sells as an official accessory?

Is this radio FM modulated because it looks like it, but check out this unit from Crutchfield it's the real deal. I have one but I had an electronics friend redo the connector on my OEM antenna to work with this unit. I have the one for the Kenwood navi radio but you can get it for thr RF radio also.It is the:
