This sucks more than my 1985 TOYOTA on recirculate that has no A/C with 530.000 mi. that never fogs up unless you are soaking wet. What am I doing wrong?
Is this while stationary or moving?
Love those older Toyotas. My friend had one that had 700,000 miles on the chassis--and then he sold it, so it's still out there running.

Ditto. I love the automatic climate control. I hit the auto button, set the temperature w/ the dial and forget about it. It does its own thing. Sometimes it's using recirc, most times its using fresh air from outside. It diverts to the windshield, dash vent and floor vents all on its own. I never have a foggy windshield unless I do something to cancel the auto climate control.
Unless you compressor, clutch or charge is bad, Auto should take car of everything.
Don't use auto either, except for the temperature. I leave it manually set to outside air, foot and face outlet. If the windshield fogs up I switch it to foot and windshield and instantly turn off the A/C, really wish it didn't turn that on automatically. If it fogs up badly enough that I need A/C to clear it (almost never happens) then I'm bright enough to turn on the A/C myself. That "feature" has always annoyed me on any car. I've disabled it on a few cars I've owned before, but with everything being computer controlled, I don't think it would be an option on the Kizashi unless the factory decided to let it be an option you could switch on or off in a menu.
