Got an oil change at my (ex) dealer. They have done right by me and I have trusted their suggestions and work in the past. I had just passed 60,000 miles in my 2010 FWD SE. The service manager showed me a list of 60,000 mile scheduled maintenance items that I assume were spit out from Suzuki software. The list included spark plugs, cabin filter, Brake Flush, Tire rotation and... Rear Differential Service and Transfer Case service. I said whoa... this isn't AWD so there shouldn't be a rear differential or a transfer case.

The manager went back and double checked to confirm the two items which he did. I stooped down and peaked under the rear of car, there is no deferential case there.
Is there something here I am missing? How many people have been charged for this 60,000 mile service?
