Has any one tried program the key FOB remote to turn off engine, lights & roll up windows when the car is locked using the key FOB remote?

I have seen this on some other cars especially Skoda Superb

I highly doubt this is possible with the Kizashi.
The lights alone would make it unrealistic. The Kizashi features lights that remain on unless turned off manually by hand (unless you have automatic lights). It does not have the lights that turn off when the engine does like a Subaru. For this reason, a fob trick of having them turn off remotely is highly unlikely.

Thanks for your reply, I was hoping (amateurishly) that since all functions could be controlled by the car cpu (don't know what would be the correct name) then it should be possible to control all functions with the fob...

The car's "CPU" is actually called the ECU: Electronic Control Unit.
It is also known as the Engine Control Unit, but these days there are more sensors and input from things like the transmission and wheels so Electronic Control Unit is more suitable.

Hmm I'd kinda like the windows and (especially) the moonroof to close automatcally on switch off (by the start button) - not sure if I see the point of having it controlable by the fob though? (is it even wise to exit the vehicle all the time before turning your car off? (i.e if in your car.. why use the fob when you have the start / stop button?)) - I'm sure there is some real life practicality in this however if you are asking for it (in which case please forgive my ignorance!).

I _WOULD_ like a remote start that turns on the engine, the heat seats and heater and front and rear demisters however for frosty mornings! :-)

Actually, these days there are multiple 'CPUs" in cars. Ours have a BCM (Body Cotrol Module), TCM (Transmission Control Module) along w/ the ECM just to name a couple.

I got my 2012 Kizashi 3 days ago. Here in S Africa the only models were the luxury manual and CVT fwd, with the non-RF radio that has the small sub.
The ability to close and open windows from the fob is something that I already miss from my previous '07 Volvo S40.

Welcome. So the AWD model was not offered in South Africa? How rare is the vehicle in that country? How about the rest of Africa?

No AWD here. The sales volumes are extremely low. The stats I got after some googling shows:
December 2011 ---- 13 sold
August 2012 --------- 8 sold
October 2012 -------- 3 sold
December 2013 ------ 2 sold

that has to be some kind of all-time record-(low).
