Climate control dial not working properly

Hey All,

I have recently noticed that one of the dials on the dual-zone climate control system has started to act weird.
Whenever I turn it to the right or left the temperature jumps between 21-22 degrees no matter how much I turn it. (can go higher or lower if I try for 5 minutes but it's a hassle).
Is there an easy way to remove the knob itself? Maybe by pulling on it? so that I can give it a clean?

Yes. Just pull it out. Mine did that too for just a few degrees. I pulled out the knob, clean it, and it helped as the control dial worked as new again.
