Hello,
I would like to install a 2din radio on my Suzuki Kizashi. Is there anything I need to account for? Like any extra wires, extra devices I need or anything? I want to buy the radio from the link below in the 4G 64G 360 CAMERA variant.
I currently have this radio:

hi,
if your car does not have a Rockford sound system you can use any 2 din head unit just need a wiring harness adaptor. everything is plug and play. if your HU is designed for Kizashi a harness adaptor is also in the package and installing a new HU is even simpler.
Unfortunately, your link from Aliexpress is not fully open on my computer so I can't check it but judging by the description it has a wiring harness but you can pay more and bought other HU with Android Auto / Apple Car Play build in.

You can buy double DIN trim kits (to fit the dash cutout) and then fit any double DIN head unit you like. Searching old posts on here should find examples and manufacturers/ part numbers for the trim.
