I had this problem with my 2011 as well. I searched everywhere for a compatible part, but could only find it as part of the entire rack assembly - which was just too expensive. I bought a few new ones from a Mazda 929, which was the closest match I could find. They still needed to be shortened, and the rack end needed to be modified to the correct thread pitch. It was expensive, but it worked out great. I had 3 extras made while the tooling was set up, and they're for sale on ebay.ca .
Here is the listing if anyone is interested: https://www.ebay.ca/itm/144049052547

Sankei 555 has recently listed list an inner tie rod for the Japanese market Kizashi in their catalog, part number SR-S070 (Suzuki part # supposedly 48830-57L00, but there is a fair chance Sankei 555 was the OEM). As noted in this thread, Suzuki does not appear to acknowledge that part or number exists in their catalog.

I can't say with absolute certainty that it would be the same as on the LHD US car, but from the Suzuki parts drawings the tie rods (inner and outer) appear to be the same on the RHD rack and the LHD rack.

For the sake of completeness, I will mention that Sankei 555 also have outer tie rods in their catalog now SE-S071R and SE-S071L

The inner tie rod for a 2011 Nissan Altima will fit the Kizashi but it will require that you cut off 1/2 an inches on the adjusting side so the alignment will be perfect The rest is fine will thread into the rack perfectly

When you cut the 1/2 inch is that 1/2 of threads plus the tapered part in the front?
