ThanksLPSISRL that is what I was looking for but as murcod said seems we don't get that here. Kind of strange that this isn't standard. Having the kids in and out for the last few days it doesnt seem like it is going to be too much of an issue just need to check it more often.

I wonder if removing the head restraints somehow 'activates' the racheting system? Worth a shot.
