Black grease marks on paint below door and door handle

I've had my white Kizashi for a year now, and something that has always bothered me are these black streaks that appear below all four door handles, and sometimes below the driver's side door too. I think it must be water ingress causing grease to leach out and run down the paint. It's easy enough to clean off, but it always reappears within a few days.

Does anyone else have this issue? Any solutions?

Yea I get this, I just wax it really well under the handle, doesnt stop it but seemed to reduce it

Does not happen to my white Kizashi S but it is garage kept, rarely in rain.
