I really just want the Bluetooth and want to remain as close to stock as possible. Since I can't find a NAV unit for sale anywhere, can I simply swap in a RF unit? I have a 2011.

Simple answer- no.

It's been discussed before and there are many components and major wiring differences. It's most likely the case (from the info I've gathered) that the wiring looms are actually different from the factory.
