So in the last few months my Kizashi has started to worry me. I get an RPM fluctuation of roughly 100-200rpms when I get back into the throttle after coasting. This was happening maybe once a week. This morning it did it several times. It only does it at freeway speed and the fluctuations do not effect the speed of the car. 141,000 miles. Car drives flawlessly beyond this quirk.
I’ve cleaned the MAF sensor and the throttle body. No change. Now I’m more leaning toward it’s the CVT belt slipping.
Any idea folks? Thanks
RPM fluctuations at freeway speed.
