Repairing scratches on the Kizashi SLS AWD 18" rims?

I had two of my SLS rims replaced due to peeling and dealer just got approval to have the other two replaced under warraty. Seems to me that alot of dirt hits the spokes of the rim and blasts it away. Especially in our area where they used fine limestone pellets and cinders more than salt on the roads.

I've got a set of 4 pristine 18" Kiz wheels sitting in boxes in my garage. I've been on the fence about selling them for months. Part of me wants to hang on to them in case I want to go back later, but it also seems like there is good demand for replacements.
