had the car for 3 weeks now and starting to develop a cramp in my driving leg glute during long rides... i think its because of the pedals being so far over to the left and causing me to tense up a strange muscle in my leg to get to the brake pedal... ive tried moving the seat to every position imaginable and nothing seems to change it. has anyone else encountered this and found a solution? doesnt look like there is any way to move the pedals over at all...

Interesting. I was going to do a post about the ergonomics of the Kizashi with manual transmition. I had mine for a year and have been driving it for around 14k miles. I know that conform and settings are subjective. But for me it feels like the clutch is too high in relation to the brakes and gas pedals. After a long drive is causing me back and leg pain.
The seat does not have electric adjustment. Just manual and I feel the inclination of the seats are odd.

I found the space between the clutch pedal and the centre console is a bit too narrow (Right-Hand Drive). I have approx. average foot size (US 9.5") with average width, but somehow find it a bit too narrow when I move the foot from the clutch pedal to the foot rest. It took a while getting use to but I still wish there was just an extra inch of room to move the left foot freely..
I'm guessing it's been designed to perfectly fit tiny Japanese feet lol..
