Tried http://www.consumer.vic.gov.au/motor-ca ... warranties, they gave me advice on how to contact the Suzuki dealer and basicly told me there was nothing they could do as I bought the car in 2010, if it was 2011 there were changes to the legislation.
I am not a member of the RACV tried my insurance company, also no help as they say its between me and Suzuki.
paint problems
Perhaps try writing a letter to Suzuki Australia? There are probably contact details somewhere in the owner's manual.
The irony is you'd expect paint issues to be the last thing to go wrong with modern vehicles. I've read of similar issues with Mazda 3's (soft paint and chipping) and I've read of some late model Accord Euros (red coloured) fading prematurely. Certain colour BA Falcons have also been completely repsprayed by Ford for free- years out of warranty due to known paint issues.
