XM Button Stopped Working

Checking to see if anyone has had the XM button stop working. I am current on my subscription but it went off and now I can't even get the radio ID to come up. Nothing happens when I hit the XM button or use the steering wheel mode button. It's just dead. Any suggestions before I waste a day sitting at the dealer?

That is strange... especially if the wheels control stopped working too. I'm thinking a reset of the unit to see if it "recognizes" the button and start working again. Maybe disconnecting the battery for 5 to 10 min. it's all it takes... I'm just throwing out ideas here, if not a trip to the dealer might be in order.... good luck and let us know how you make out.

I'd pull the fuse before disconnecting the battery. Then you'll just reset the head unit instead of everything else, included the ECU.

Success! After disconnecting the battery for 2 minutes, and reconnecting it, the XM button is working again! Strange how the things happen. Thanks for the advice.
