I want to debadge the S and
the kizashi on the back. Does it have holes , is it easy to remove ? How about installing LED inside. Do I use a flat screwdriver and use pop it open?

    No holes behind the badge

LEDs have been done many times so there should be some info if you search. The covers pop off with a small flathead

To remove the badge I just use a knife or flat screw driver? Is it with that glue?

There are a couple threads on replacing the interior bulbs with LEDs.

http://Www.superbrightleds.com has everything you need, including the fuse type in the vanity mirrors.

As for debadging ... Dental floss

Heat gun or hair dryer to warm up the adhesive, then pry it off with something that won't scratch your paint (credit card, dental floss, fishing line, etc)
