Extended Warranty?

I just got a letter from Ray Chevrolet/Suzuki about an extended warranty program. Now, I haven't looked into the details and don't know how good of a plan it is (factory-like vs crap), or how much it costs, but my bigger question is this--does the Kizashi even need it?

Thoughts?

I'm inclined to say it's not necessary. The Kizashi has been around for a while now and most major issues seem to be addressed already. However, any potential issue will still be a pain due to the rarity of the car and the lack of OES and aftermarket parts.

I'd find out more about the terms and claim process. If it's not costly then it might be worth it for the peace of mind.

Only buy one if it ain't fer-crap, AND it covers you through your expected usage.

Allstate offers a good one.....

I'm not really a warranty guy vs a 'build it to last' guy. I haven't given it a second thought, but may look into it if anyone's interested.
