Bubbling Paint on Rocker Panel

I'll get some up - but looks a bit nasty but is only on the rocker panel.

I think I'll just get it painted. Anyone know how to remove the rocker panels?

What year is it? Kizashis come with a 3 yr/unlimited mileage corrosion warranty so it may be covered.

I want to see a pic. We have a bubble on one of our wheel wells which was pointed out by the previous owner, but that Suzuki said someone tried to repair so no warranty. :(
