Yes, Sport models debuted in 2011 in North America. In 2010, there were no "Sport" models but they had the GTS and SLS.
Only the Sports have the lowered suspension based on everything I have ever read. So a 2010 S and a 2010 GTS should have the same suspension. A 2011 S and a 2011 GTS (now a Sport model) will have different suspension due to the GTS having a 10mm drop. Murcod once proved that these cars have different shock part numbers so it's not only a spring mod but apparently a different shock too. When I got my rear shocks replaced under warranty for the bump stopper issue, I made sure the correct Sport shocks were installed by checking the part numbers.

Actually, I do believe my wife's 2010 mentioned the suspension drop in the Owner's manual. I could be wrong (I know, I know, but I was actually wrong once. I call it "the first wife") but it appears to be lower when parked next to another non-GTS also, even tho that only actually happened once...

That would be nice if true. I am just not sure if the 10mm drop applied to 2010 models. My info is based on a bunch of articles and Suzuki docs that covered how the "Sport" models actually differed from the other Kizashis. The Sports debuted in MY 2011 so I just don't know if the 10mm drop applied to 2010 GTS and SLS models.
