The difference between 20X and 30X is that 20X is the Super Long Life Blue while the 30X is the more conventional green coolant.
While you can use either, the blue coolant (20X) is better and also what the Kizashi comes with from the factory.
The good news is that you don't need to use Suzuki's formula. All the blue coolants are pretty much the same and that's why you heard you can use Subaru's Super Blue. The Japanese manufacturers pretty much use the same formula for the coolant.
You can even get aftermarket coolant. I got my Super Blue at Autozone. It's made by Pentosin but the coolant was made in Japan.

I actually posted about this in detail in the link below. I also called American Suzuki Motor Corp to verify that I can use any Super Blue. They are the ones who told me it's all the same stuff and there's nothing special about Suzuki's coolant vs. another Japanese Super Blue coolant.

I used the blue stuff they sell at O'Rielly's auto parts. Did mine at 90,000 miles. Have put 20,000 on it since and no issues. I believe possible issues with the head gaskets is why you need to make sure it's the proper stuff. Dumping green or orange in it could cause issues there.

I got OEM (what company called) blue coolant from pep boys, it's made for suzuki, nissan, subaru, honda, etc. basically all Japanese brands, i got a gallon of the concentrate though vs mixed so was easier to accommodate for any mixed left or distilled water in the system after flushing.

You could use the green stuff. Both the owner's manual and the Suzuki rep stated so. The issue with the green coolant is that it has a shorter service interval. The Super Blue isn't really hard to get so it's the coolant to go for.

Also you will want to flush the blue out if you do decide to go with green, because mixing them isn't harmful just ruins the blues additives.....so if you are lazy to remove blue guess could just mix them but won't give you a half breed just be like using green I believe?

You can mix them but that degrades the superior properties of the Super Blue. It's like mixing synthetic motor oil with conventional. Some people think it's a way to save money and still have a better oil but it actually degrades the synthetic to make it rather pointless. It's best to stick to one or the other. Also, I don't know why you'd ever mix old Blue with new Green unless it's an emergency.

For a coolant change, you certainly want to flush it all out before refilling the coolant, ideally with new Super Blue. When I do coolant changes, I flush with water a few times to get all the old coolant out from both the radiator and engine's coolant passages. If a cooling system was neglected (like in an old used car), I add a cooling system cleaner to clean it out better. I then add the new coolant.
