Kizashi passenger seat sensor

Can anyone advise me if they have had a faulty front passenger seat sensor ?.
Was there ever a recall on this problem in Australia as I have heard it is a frequent problem.
I have a 2011 XLS Kizashi with only 46000 kms & am also having difficulty in selling it for $11000.00

As in it constantly thinks there is someone light sitting in it and isn't buckled in? Mine goes off all the time, especially in the sunlight and I know others have mentioned it too. No recalls, it's not a safety issue.

My car has demonstrated that the air bag is disabled when someone light is sitting in the pass seat and buckled in. Two different people actually. I have pictures of both that I showed the dealer back when. I would counter it is a safety issue. The problem is, the numbers of vehicles still on the road and demonstrating the issue is a "low risk" gamble, and growing lower as every day passes, for Suzuki to NOT make it a recall.
