I plan to update to latest version of phpbb...
- There are a lot of steps involved to get us there.
The the default theme will be replaced with something generic for awhile. I'm certain the current default will not be compatible with the upgrades.
Please keep in mind it is possible some posts/data will be lost. (I'll try to avoid it, but it hard to say sometimes.)

I apologize about the down time. It was caused by other server updates I did not realize would affect this site.

phpbb 3.1 -> 3.3.2
php version 5.4 to 7.4 (This is a bigger deal) 5.4 was about 5 years old and didn't handle requests very well.
Extensions are all broken, but I think the core stuff made it through.

I do apologize your buttons moved around again . Unfortunately the old theme was not updated enough support this version of phpbb.
I may try to ad the theme "Flatboots" in the future. Its close to what we had before "bboots." The them we are using now is based on prosilver (default) so it does have much better compatibility with extensions.
The down side is that it isn't coded for speed so the search engines my not like us a lot.
