HIDs for the Kizashi ??

Hi All
I'm a big fan of HID lights and loved that the Kizashi has Projector Low beams.
Too bad they skipped adding HIDs in North America (Australia gets them ).
SO, that said I have ordered a set of 8000k H7 HIDs. I've had a quick look under the hood and I really have no idea if I can do this without completely removing the entire headlight assemblies, but one way or another I'm gonna have me some HIDs. My kit should be here in about a week and unfortunately for this cause I'll be away in Ohio on a National Meet for the Sky/Solstice club returning only June 17th, but once I'm back I'll get at it eventually.

The right headlight is easy to get at, but the left is blocked by the circuit box - which, if removable without damaging anything, would be the easiest access - otherwise you will have to remove the light from the front.

Or if you find an easy way - please post it.

Just and idea

It would be great if you took some step by stop pictures while you swapped the lights out.. Just upload them to the site and will slowly start building a mod manual for this kizashi.

If you do it I will make a separate kizashi mod help section of the forum, and hopefully we can get some other people to contribute.

Only do it if you have time.

Yup, definately the plan when I get back from Ohio in a couple of weeks.
I've been a longstanding member of a couple of forums related to the Saturn Sky / Pontiac Solstice and the number of mods going on over there is mind boggling. Hope we can get the same buy-in and activiny over here.
