 Now Im super happy to receive so much lurrrvee

I absolutely think the Kizz in 4wd is awesome. hhmmpph.. I just missed the uk snow dump.. It came and went before the arrival of Kizzy... now wishing for some more so I can 'shhllide n drift in ice' :D (well hopefully not)

Yes, the heads up worked well. Thank you ;)

I must say a similar car is the Jaguar x-type AWD 2.5 litre. (oh god have I just humiliated myself now??)
Hugs to all.. thanks for taking the time and thought to reply to me.
Happy driving!

Tamstaz wrote:Hi and welcome to the Kizashi lovers forum! I to have only just purchased my Awd sport and I love it too. I test drove over 20 cars, then test drove the Kizashi and was really impressed. I like the fact that there is this site and people are friendly and able to give you advice and feedback. I have never bothered joining any other forum with previous cars, but this is so great for information. (Mind you my boyfriend is rolling his eyes at me asking me how long before I start looking at things I can add on) heheh.
Hey Tamstaz I can relate!! Fortunately I am 'older' now, so I am past my pink car 'fast & furious styling' phase (PHEW) But not quite out of stealth bomber phase. LOL So add-ons so far for me are anti slip dash mats and a pink fluffy dice <------ joking!!

Hi once again. Haha I had a bit of a laugh about your last comment. I would have loved to have bought a WRX or Mps - but my practical side kicked in with kids and thought I better get something everyone can actually fit in and be comfortable. Love the car though. I am thinking about putting in a set of LED day time running lights - you know those little ones that go around the lights or maybe around the outside of the fog lights? Not game to tell my boyfriend yet.lol

WRX OMG! I tell you, my 'reserve car' before finally deciding this kizzy was a mitzi evo ten. The kizzy is virtually identical to that without the power, and WITHOUT boy racers giving you 'looks' at traffic lights. Of course, these tuned engines cost $$$$ to maintain.. oh sud it, those days are over! as much as I loved them. now just memories...

yes I know those day LEDS. love the LED fogs and headight halos too!
bet all the guys here reading this are rolling their eyes now !!

Haha - Missdeeblue - sounds like a have a fellow female car nut!! (nicest possible way of course) Yeah I did like the Subies - but to service them was over one thousand dollars a year! -so it kinda made me realise as much as I love driving -it was just too much to spend every year. Those Evos are wickid.....still looking at the lights - have to let the whole drama of my car and the issues Ive had with the "deal" die down a little before doing anything else... : )

Evo and WRX? Never mind about the servicing costs, what about insurance!!!

I'd love an Evo X...... and I was seriously looking at second hand Audi A3 and A4 Quattros as well...

Interesting how many of the people on this forum have looked at Audis or WRXs and been happy to ulimately live with the Kizza...

Huge savings all round...and in the WRXs case less speeding fines and loss of license! Probably would have been my downfall...always want to be first off the lights

We actually looked at the car listed below before buying the Kizashi as it was just the smarter choice for us.

- Subaru WRX SPEC C - the special edition orange colour.
- Subaru Liberty
- Honda Accord Euro Luxury
- Used 1 to 2 year old Lexus IS250
- Lexus CT200H.

The reason why we didn't get the IS250 is because the new model is coming out this year, so it will make the current IS250 looks really out dated. Also the Kizashi drives and feel quite similar to the IS250 except for the CVT part.

 I was looking out for 2nd hand IS250 manuals (very rare) and considered the Accord Euro as well. The Focus XR5 was another vehicle I was considering....

I came from a Renault Sport Clio 182 Cup and found it often too tempting to enjoy the acceleration. My licence is lot safer in the Kizashi. The handling was also awesome, but you did pay for it on Adelaide's rough roads.
