I kind of wish they used the kanji (Japanese version of a Chinese character) for Kizashi as an emblem. Suzuki used the character quite a bit with the concepts and the early marketing, but seemed to phase it out. I may be biased, but I always liked it and thought it should have made it on the car somehow. I know the Japanese name for the car was criticized but Westerners get character tattoos all the time. Hell, I've seen some tattooed on people upside down.
This is the Kizashi character.
You can see it flash in this Australian commercial for the Kizashi at 0:20.

I've never understood how people can possibly leave them on. Holy smokes, we think differently. I debadge every car the first week I own it, has nothing to do with shame. They look like crap.

Should be a convenience store, not a government agency
The only badges I hate are the ones that dealerships put on. I see a lot of these in the East Coast, but not so much on the West. The West Coast dealers use license plate frames to advertise. I hate both and remove anything related to the dealership. However, I keep all my factory badges.
