Question on Heated Seats

Can't remember if mine heated the lower back or not. Can anyone make sense of the part diagram of the seats?



Unfortunate there is no diagram of the heating element PN 8537157L20

This diagram doesn't show the wiring harnesses for the seatbelt switch or the memory seats, so I'm thinking it may be in another diagram. It's amazing how screwy a lot of the car parts catalogs are as far as where things are.

Hi all,
I am just wondering...for those of you that have heated seats...how are they performing for you? Mine work, but they don't get real warm. In comparison, my wife has a Subaru Forrester and her seats get REALLY warm and we used to have a VW Passat that got nice and warm too. Even my Mazda 3 was pretty good, even though it was just an on/off switch (not Low, Med, High...)

I would imagine the UK spec is the same. I have a 3 stage heater control, and they get very hot quite quickly.I find I have to turn it down after a few minutes, and then off after about 5. Perhaps you have a lardy arse ?
