Alright so my father changed the rear rotors and brake pads on my 2012 Kizashi currently sitting at 68 000 km/43k miles..the brake pads were almost new so I have no idea why Canadian Tire said they had to be replaced. I did replace them anyway, but I kept the other set for later down the road as they are probably still good at 80-85%. I will try to post pictures in the new few days. In regards to the rotors it is kind of hard to explain...one of the rear rotors was only used on half on the rotor..like another section was not touching the brake pads or I don't know... and the other one was not that bad, but probably had to be replaced.

PS We believe he had changed the rear brake pads, the front brake pads and rotors at 45 000 km/28k miles, but not the rear rotors as they were very hard to remove (my father would have not tighten it that hard). I do a lot of stop and go...like 5 days a week (25 stop and go per day minimum)

At approximately 84,500 miles my battery died without warning when I attempted to go home from work. Thankfully, my coworker stuck around and gave me a lift to only place still open nearby...Walmart. Purchased new battery. Last week my drivers side bulb went out and I've been procrastinating changing the bulb because I really don't want to remove that bumper...augghh gotta do it soon though, getting colder. I'm wondering if I should just go ahead and change all four bulbs?

When one goes, the other isn't far behind. It's almost a proven fact. I just recently changed both after the pass side went out. Phillips OE version 2-pk w/ a $7 rebate at Pep-Boys. Nothing fancy.

I washed it properly... leaving for 3 weeks in Thaïland. In case anything happens at least Kaiju will look good!

Have a good time in Thailand. I certainly did years ago. That country is full of Japanese cars, including Suzukis like the Swift. I doubt you'll see any Kizashis but you'll see some awesome 4x4 diesel pick-ups from Isuzu, Toyota, and even Ford's current Ranger which is built there.
