Anything related to the Kizashi can go here, but please look at the other headings first. Your topic may fit better under something else.

When I read that, this song immediately popped into my head. It's a Japanese electronicore band's cover of Prodigy's song, "Omen".

Holy shit, I'm not usually into heavy music but this is awesome. I would've never guessed that the band was Japanese without seeing the video

Yeah, it's a great cover. The original was done by Prodigy, a rather famous English electronic group. Crossfaith put metal into it.

Here's the original:

In terms of the Asian music scene, it seems that the Japanese have the best metal and rock while the Koreans are better with rap. They both have huge pop music scenes but Korea takes the crown for their boy bands. Nearly all the music I've heard from China are piano ballads but I've had little exposure.

Here's another Japanese band I dig. Not hardcore, but it's got some electro in it.

I like metal and hardcore and I also like electronic so "electronicore" is a good hybrid for my tastes (or lack of it as many would say). Many people hate on this kind of music, but whenever I turn on the radio I hear Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga, and Nickelback. Nope, I just turn that shit right off and go back to my iPod.

The song "Omen" is a Prodigy cover and I think Crossfaith covered it really well. Despite being from Japan, they sing in English, if you can call that singing. I like the sound of technical metal (hello, double bass drums!) so these guys are quite interesting.
Check out this song. It's great for getting lost into with a 425W RF system when you are stuck in traffic.
yeah sometimes I have to make sure when someone says they like "metal" that we're on the same page. I had a friend that liked "metal", so I asked him what he thought of the new For Today album since they hired a new guitarist. He said he hadn't heard it, but he couldn't wait for the new Van Halen to come out... LOL

We had a college radio station that played a lot of Crossfaith here, but it has since delved into the dark reaches of "Gangsta Rap" ( ) so my new music exposure is limited to what pops up when I type random words into Music Maniac when I'm bored. Electronicore hasn't really taken off here yet, (if you can't line dance to it or shoot people while singing it, it hasn't taken off around here) but I definately dig it. Lately for me it's been a lot of Meshuggah, Bless the Fall, Stemm, Bullet For a Pretty Boy, Memphis May Fire, Attila, The Color Morale, and if I feel really froggy, Acacia Strain, and Chelsie Grin.

I'm too old for that now as it makes me dizzy. But I make up for it with glorious quantities of air guitar and steering wheel drumming. 8-)

Driving to work this morning in extremely ice-slickened conditions,
I confirmed :drive: that my VSC was still active (albeit waaaaay less sensitive) without active TPMS.

'Cause the sensors are in a bag in my glovebox
