Why not try find a cheap used Suzuki SX4 or even a Grand Vitara? Both are offered in 4x4 and they are both reliable and economical.

would love to get a newish Gran Vitara but they are still asking a pretty penny around here.

Yeah, that's the boat that I'm in right now.

Sucks having to save money for a new car, BUT it should be worth it since Kizashies should drop in price again by this spring when I have a little more money and hopefully I won't have a 2nd car payment. It also helps me practice being patient, which I hear is important...
