Of course assuming there is nothing wrong with the Kizashi. For those who had issues with their CVTs, I can totally understand why they would have ditched the car.Ronzuki wrote:That...or....something's wrong with the Kiz and it needs to go away. Much like my 04 Rubicon did and how I came to own the Kizashi in the first place. Other than these things, I'd agree and do not think your view is skewed at all Kuro and also find the 6 an equal to the Kiz sans the AWD. Personally I'd never give up my Kizashi for the insulting dollars dealers would offer. I'm a truck / body on frame SUV kinda guy, always have been, and I absolutely love my Kizashi and miss it terribly anytime I don't drive it for extended periods. The Mazda6 is considerably longer in the snout than a Kiz btw.KuroNekko wrote:...it would only make sense to depart from the Kizashi if you're getting a vehicle that's significantly different like a sports car, luxury car, truck, or SUV if the model years and mileage are comparable.
The Mazda6 is indeed longer than the Kizashi as most midsizes now are. However, the interesting thing is that the Kizashi is sized like how Japanese midsizes used to be. The Kizashi's size is rather similar to the first generation Mazda6.
