Fitting crosshatch / mesh style grille in lower models?

Anything related to the Kizashi can go here, but please look at the other headings first. Your topic may fit better under something else.

I'm still keen too. :)

Just waiting for some spare cash- and a way to justify the expense!

I may have ordered a grille  , a bit of an expensive exercise (but a nice 1st birthday present for the Kizashi.)

Hi David....good for you! Where did you end up ordering it? Still want to do mine too...but gotta prioritise...
I'm close to ordering the spoiler that I've mentioned before..(cheaper!)... Maybe I'll do the grille for my car's first in January.
Have to talk us through the fitting process when you get there...

I ordered it from the local Suzuki dealer. The Australian $ has headed south, so the USA option isn't so attractive (plus there's issue of damage in transit and I never got a freight quote.)

It will be a bumper off job to fit it. I'll be doing something about colour coding the centre section of bumper as well. It might also be a good time to upgrade to slimline number plates - more money!

Excuse the poor quality photos, but you get the idea. I'm thinking black would have been better for the bumper bar though- any opinions? It's a grey colour at the moment.

That's funny - I didn't even realise they had the grey on them! There is a gloss top coat, but it would show up any paint defects.

Looks great! Was the lower grille a direct swap or did you have to modify it?
