I think this is for Ski's. Know this from different german Cars. If you go skiing you don't Need to Flip your whole backseat, an the Rest of the Snow is catched in this bag so it doesn't Drop on you carped.

I'm pretty sure that if you are a Colorado resident, the dealership is required to provide the buyer with all the ski options....I'm not a lawyer but I slept at the Broadmoor in the springs once...

They offer it in the GTS and SLS models..I was bummed cuz I wanted one, but bought a SE..comes in handy when you go skiing and don't want snow all over your seats I bet. Otherwise you go the next option which is the roof rack...bag is much easier!
