Updating GPS problem

Every time I try to update my GPS in my car it doesn't :?

I follow the instructions from the website but all it does is say connect it to the car/computer to update and follow the instructions :shock:

When I put the SD card in the head unit no instructions come up and all it says is it is ready to connect to my computer and download the update :(

When I download the update from the computer it says to put it in the car :x

So around and around it goes and no updating is applied :roll: :roll: :roll: :roll:

Can anyone help?

My head unit is a Garmin Express.
