Yes, I think that is the reply I got word for word. In other words, they have your money and they don't really care about the vibration this causes in a $40,000.00 car and the fact that you might not be happy with it!

Interesting! I also received a reply from Suzuki Aust, almost" word for word" to yours except that my subject for complaint featured rear parking sensors, and why I can`t hear them. Cheers, Ron Hyams

The only good thing about Suzuki Australia is that they are quite quick in responding people's enquiries (with generic response).....
